Paul Plumeri
Born in Trenton, NJ, began playing guitar at the age of 7 and has never looked back. Also known as “The Bishop of The Blues”, Paul’s first band “Hoochie Cooch”, fashioned it’s name from the lyrics of a Muddy Water song. In 1976 through 1980, he joined forces with keyboardist Duke Williams to form the band “The Extremes”.
The Paul Plumeri Blues Band debuted in 1982 and is still entertaining blues fans today.
Joe Zook
Guitarist and frontman, Joe formed his band Blues Deluxe in 1979. Beyond his touring schedule, Joe was an educator, teaching in the Trenton school district for 27 years. Joe is also a founding member of the Trenton Musicians Foundation.
Ron Ungarini
Trenton born avid blues enthusiast and former host of Cadillac Blues WWFM Radio 89.1. He is owner and operator of Trenton Blues website. Ron has also been inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame as an “Ambassador of the Blues”.
Dave Orban
Leader of Dave Orban and the Mojo Gypsies. Gaining musical inspiration from Paul Butterfield and crafting his style with these early bands…the Nickel Band, the Moe Lester Orchestra, the Tranter Brothers Band, The Society Casuals and Help’num, Dave founded the Mojo Gypsies in 1998. His high-energy quartets unique blend of up-tempo blues and old-school R&B has been entertaining the Central NJ/Philly area ever since.
